Two sign-ins, one account

A PlayTime GCash payment uses two familiar sign-ins that work side by side. PlayTime opens your casino account with a phone code, a password, Google or Facebook, and GCash approves the payment inside your wallet with your MPIN. Each service asks only for its own credentials, which keeps both accounts tidy and your payments quick.

The PlayTime sign-in opens your profile, the cashier, your Transactions area and the Security Center controls. The GCash sign-in opens your wallet and its records. Once you are signed in to PlayTime, a GCash deposit is just a hand-over to the wallet for the final approval, and a few seconds later you are back in PlayTime with a fresh balance.

Four ways to sign in to PlayTime

MethodWhat you needWhere to start
Phone codeYour registered number and the code you receiveEnter the number, then Get Code
Phone and passwordYour number and login passwordEnter both, then Login
GoogleThe Google account you connectedThe Google button on the login page
FacebookThe Facebook account you connectedThe Facebook button on the same page

All four open the same account, with the same balance, rewards and cashier, in the app and in the browser at ptgaming.ph. PAGCOR’s directory lists PT GAMING at that address, and our buttons open it directly.

What to have ready

A sign-in is quickest when three things are at hand. The first is your registered phone number, the one you gave at registration. The second is the phone itself, with signal, so the code arrives at once. The third is your chosen method: the phone code, the password or the Google or Facebook account you connected.

If you plan to go straight on to a payment, add a fourth item: the GCash app, updated and ready. With those four things lined up, the route from sign-in to a credited deposit takes only a couple of minutes, and every step has its own clear screen.

Sign in with a phone code

The phone-code route is the quickest for most players. Enter your registered number and tap Get Code. A CAPTCHA follows, where you select the shown items in the indicated order. PlayTime then sends a one-time code to your phone. Type it into the code field and tap Register Or Login, and your account opens.

A few small habits keep this smooth. Read the number once before requesting the message, keep the phone nearby so the code arrives to hand and use the newest code if you request more than one. The final account screen confirms that the right profile opened, and the cashier is one tap away.

The phone-code sequence, step by step

  1. Open PlayTime through our button or open the PT Gaming app.
  2. Enter your registered phone number.
  3. Tap Get Code.
  4. Complete the CAPTCHA by selecting the shown items in the indicated order.
  5. Wait for the one-time code that arrives on your phone.
  6. Enter the code and tap Register Or Login.

Each step has its own short screen, and the sequence typically finishes in well under a minute. If you ask for a second code, use the newest message, which belongs to the current request. When the account screen opens, your profile, balance and cashier are ready.

Sign in with your phone number and password

If you set a login password in Security Center, you can use it instead of a code. Enter your phone number and password, tap Login and complete the CAPTCHA. The same account opens, with the same balance and records.

If your browser or password manager offers a saved entry, pick the one that carries your PlayTime number. If you ever want a fresh password, the Forgot Password route under Phone Number sets a new one in a few steps, and the new password works straight away.

Sign in on the website at ptgaming.ph

The website offers the same login page as the app, with the same four methods. Open ptgaming.ph through our button, choose your method and follow the screen. The browser route is handy when you are at a computer, and the account you open is the same one that lives in your phone.

A computer session also pairs well with your GCash app: the cashier shows your payment, and you approve it on your phone with your MPIN. When the approval completes, the website shows the credit in your balance and in the Deposit tab.

Sign in on the app

The PT Gaming app is available on the Philippine App Store for iPhone and iPad (iOS 13.0 or later), published by PLAYMATE LEISURE SOLUTIONS CORP., and as an Android APK through our download button. Open it, pick your sign-in method on the first screen and the account opens with the same balance and records as the website.

The app keeps the cashier one tap from the main screen, and the ₱10 app download reward is credited on your first login to the app. With the app and the GCash wallet side by side on one phone, a deposit is a hand-over and a return, which takes a few seconds.

Sign in with Google or Facebook

The social routes use the account you connected. Tap the Google or Facebook button on the login page, complete the CAPTCHA and sign in through the provider’s window. When the window closes, you are back in PlayTime with your profile open.

On a phone with several social accounts, a glance at the selected identity before continuing makes sure the right one is used. The PlayTime privacy notice explains that linking a social account can share information you already gave that provider, under its policies, and the authorisation screen shows exactly what is shared.

Google sign-in step by step

  1. Tap the Google button on the login page.
  2. Complete the CAPTCHA.
  3. In the provider window, pick the Google account you connected to PlayTime.
  4. Confirm, and the window returns you to PlayTime with your profile open.

If your phone holds several Google accounts, the chooser lists them, and the one you connected is the one to pick. The profile screen afterwards confirms that you are in the right account.

Facebook sign-in step by step

  1. Tap the Facebook button on the login page.
  2. Complete the CAPTCHA.
  3. In the new window, sign in with the Facebook email or phone number and password you connected.
  4. Confirm, and PlayTime opens with your profile.

On a shared browser, a quick check of which Facebook identity is active makes sure the right account is used. If your Facebook sign-in needs attention, Facebook’s own recovery brings it back, and your PlayTime account is unchanged.

From sign-in to the GCash cashier

After sign-in, the cashier is a couple of taps away. Open Deposit to add funds or Withdraw to cash out, choose GCash among the listed methods and enter the amount. GCash deposits start from ₱100 and credit within one to three minutes. GCash and Maya withdrawals start at ₱50 in the app and ₱200 on the web, and typically complete in five to ten minutes.

When you confirm, the wallet opens for the final approval. You see the amount and the recipient, approve it with your GCash MPIN, and the app returns you to PlayTime. The two steps are simple because each service handles its own part.

The GCash approval, step by step

  1. In the PlayTime cashier, choose GCash and enter your amount.
  2. Confirm the amount on the PlayTime screen.
  3. The wallet opens and shows the amount and the recipient.
  4. Approve it with your GCash MPIN.
  5. The app returns you to PlayTime, and the credit arrives within one to three minutes.
  6. Save the GCash reference from the receipt.

Every step has a single owner: PlayTime sets up the payment and GCash approves it. The reference on the receipt matches the entry in your Deposit tab, so both sides of the payment are easy to find.

What stays inside the GCash app

Your GCash MPIN, your wallet one-time codes and your wallet security all stay inside the GCash app. PlayTime handles payments without them, because the approval happens in the wallet itself. Likewise, your PlayTime login password and the PlayTime phone codes stay in PlayTime.

This split is what makes a payment feel safe and light. Type your MPIN only in the GCash approval screen, enter PlayTime codes only on PlayTime screens, and every step belongs to the service that asked for it. The GCash guide shows the full payment flow in one place.

A tour of Security Center

Security Center holds four settings, each with its own short form. Open it from the profile icon in the upper-left corner. Phone is where you set or change your registered number. Login Password is where you set or change the password for password sign-in. Payment Password is a separate six-digit credential for payments. KYC Verification is where you submit your identity details once to open withdrawals.

Each setting finishes with a Confirm button and shows a confirmation, so you always know what is done. Doing them in one sitting, right after registration, means the account is ready for sign-in on any device and for payments in any direction.

Set or change your login password

To set a login password for the first time, choose Login Password in Security Center, enter a new password, enter it again and tap Confirm. The form shows its current requirements beside the fields. To change an existing password, the form adds a phone verification: tap Get Code, complete the CAPTCHA, enter the code from your phone, then supply the new password and confirm.

After the change, use the new password the next time you sign in, and update your saved entry in your password manager. A fresh password that you use nowhere else keeps your account in your own hands.

The six-digit payment password

The payment password is a separate credential with six digits. In Security Center choose Payment Password, enter six digits, enter them again and tap Confirm. It is set once, kept private and used for payment actions in your account. It differs from the login password and from the one-time code that arrives on your phone, and each of the three has its own field.

If you ever change it, the form uses a phone verification, so keeping your registered number active makes that step quick. Because it is separate from your GCash MPIN, the two can be different, and each stays inside its own service.

Change your registered number

The number change is a short, guided procedure in Security Center. Choose Phone, verify the existing number with a code, then enter the new number and verify it with a second code. A slider challenge appears at each verification stage, and the last step is Confirm. After it, the new number is your registered number.

The best moment for the change is while you still have both phones, since each number receives its own code. If the old number is already out of reach, tell PlayTime support exactly that, with your usual sign-in method and the point where access paused, and support points you to the options for your account.

Recover access in a few steps

Recovery is built into the login page. For a forgotten password, tap Phone Number, then Forgot Password, follow the verification and set a new password. For a phone-code question, check the number and the verification stage, then request a fresh code and use the newest message. The recovery options sit on the same screen as the login, so help is one tap away.

After a successful reset, open your profile, check the details and carry on to the cashier. Your balance, rewards and records are exactly where you left them.

Keep your codes with you

A one-time code approves a single action for you and stays with you. It is a one-time key for you, and support works from your account details and the transaction reference. The same goes for your MPIN, your passwords and your recovery codes.

A quick habit helps: read the message that carries a code and check that it names the action you just started. A code for a login belongs on the login screen, a code for a payment belongs in the payment approval and a code you did not ask for is left alone. Following that habit keeps every session in your own hands.

Quick answers on signing in

Compare the app and the browser

The PT Gaming app and the browser at ptgaming.ph open the same account, so you can use whichever suits the moment. The app lives on your phone, one tap away, and the browser is handy on a computer. Both show the same cashier, the same methods and the same Transactions area.

Each line is a one-minute step, and together they cover nearly every sign-in question. The account behind them stays the same throughout, with its balance, rewards and records.

Sign in on a new phone

A new handset is a simple change. Install PT Gaming from the App Store on iPhone and iPad, or take the Android APK through our download button. Open it, choose your usual sign-in method and use the same registered number. Your balance, rewards and records are all there.

If you changed your phone number as well, use the phone-change steps in Security Center while you can still receive messages at the old number. The procedure verifies the existing number and then the new one, and after confirmation the new number is your registered number.

Get the account ready for payments

A fully set up account makes every payment smooth. In Security Center, set your phone number, your login password and your six-digit payment password, and complete KYC once: your legal first and last name, your date of birth and a photo of an identity document. KYC opens withdrawals, and the name on your GCash wallet matches your registration.

With those settings in place, signing in is the only step between you and the cashier. Deposits start from ₱100, cash-outs typically arrive in five to ten minutes and the Transactions area records every step.

One change at a time on a phone

If something on your phone behaves differently, a calm, step-by-step approach finds the cause quickly. Change one thing at a time: switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data, reopen the app, update PT Gaming or try the browser, and look at the result each time. The step that fixes it also shows you what to do next time.

Keep the working route open while you try another. If the browser signs in and the app pauses, the account is fine, and the app just needs a refresh. Note the exact message, since it tells support precisely where to look.

Sign-in habits on shared devices

On a phone or computer that other people also use, a few quick habits keep your session your own. Sign out when you finish, close the payment screen before you hand the device over and keep your saved passwords in your own password manager. On your personal phone, a screen lock does the same job automatically.

When you return, your account is exactly as you left it, since the balance, rewards and records live on the account and not on the device. Signing in again takes the same few seconds as the first time, and the cashier is right there.

Your first minute after signing in

The first minute after sign-in is a pleasant one. The lobby opens with more than 2,500 games from over 30 providers, the cashier is one tap away and Promotions shows the welcome bonus of up to ₱2,980 with unlimited cashback of up to 3.5% alongside. New players see their rewards listed in the Reward tab once the first deposit is made.

A good routine is to glance at your balance, open the cashier if you want to add funds and then choose a game. If you came to cash out instead, Withdraw is a tap from the same cashier, and the Withdrawal tab keeps the record.

A short message for support

If you ever want help with a sign-in, a short message works best. Say which route you used, what the screen showed and what you have already tried:

I am signing in to PlayTime through [app or browser] with [phone code, password, Google or Facebook]. At [time] the screen showed “[message]”. I used the recovery option once. Please tell me the next step.

Keep passwords, MPINs and one-time codes out of the message, since support works from your account details. When the answer arrives, note it, and sign in again to confirm that everything is back.

A smooth day of sign-ins

Picture an ordinary day. In the morning you open the PT Gaming app on your phone and sign in with a phone code in under a minute. At lunch you check your rewards from the browser on your computer, using the same account and the same method. In the evening you open the cashier, deposit ₱200 with GCash, approve it in the wallet and play a few rounds before bed.

One account and one set of credentials covered all of it. Each service asked for its own item at its own moment, the account stayed the same on every device and the Transactions area recorded every step. That is the everyday rhythm this guide is built around, and it is the one most players settle into within a day or two.

Confirm the session after you sign in

Once you are in, take two seconds to look at the profile name and the balance. They confirm that the right account is open, and then every next step, from the cashier to the lobby, follows naturally. If you signed in with Google or Facebook and the profile looks unfamiliar, switch to the identity you connected and sign in again.

Finish your visit the same way you began it. Check the Transactions area for any payment you made, note the reference and sign out on a shared device. A tidy ending means the next sign-in starts from a clean slate.

Questions about this route

Is my GCash MPIN the same as my PlayTime login?

They are separate. PlayTime opens with a phone code, password, Google or Facebook, and your GCash MPIN stays inside the GCash app for payment approvals.

Do I ever need to share a one-time code?

A one-time code approves one action for you, so it stays with you. Support works from the transaction reference and your account details.
